TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

                                    

Easy to use booking page but please text or ring number above for availability and pricing details if unsure. Be aware that prices may change at any time before a booking confirmation is issued.

Any use of the dog walking field will be entirely at the customer's own risk. The landowner accepts no liability for injury or death to any person or dog or for damage to any property. We also accept no liability for losses or liability incurred by the customer while frequenting the field.

​

Children must be supervised at all times.

​

Please wait in your vehicle while waiting for the changeover between time slots, as some dogs may be nervous or aggressive towards other dogs/people.

​

A maximum of 8 dogs for a group booking, more by arrangement. Please keep noise down if using an early or late slot.

​

Do not leave dogs unattended at any time.

​

Please do not exercise your dog(s) outside the field area.

​

There is no access to the glamping/fishing area or working farmyard located nearby.

​

Improper handling of dogs is not allowed.

​

Any holes dug to the surface or under fences must be refilled and reported immediately.

​

Any damage to the fencing or observations of damage is to be reported immediately please.

​

No climbing on the fences or gates at any time.

​

Please clear up your dog waste and dispose of it responsibly (there is a bin at the road gate).

​

Do not carry out any alterations to the land.

​

The use of portable barbeques is not permitted.

​

Please take your litter home or put in bin at road gateway.

​

There is also a public footpath situated near to our dog exercise field (across the road). Please feel free to use this, but bear in mind it's located on a farm occasionally stocked with sheep, and you should keep to the designated paths.

​

There are no rights created over the land, and you accept that the landowner has control and possession over the land at all times.

​

Please be punctual for your booking and vacate the area promptly after, leaving it secure with the padlock provided.

​

All dogs must be vaccinated.


There is no toilet on site.


Although we will be inspecting and maintaining the fences regularly, holes or other damage to the fence may occur from time to time due to a number of reasons including digging by dogs or other animals, falling trees or branches, and general wear and tear. If you become aware of any issue with the state of the fencing, please let us know immediately so that we can make other users aware and we can fix it as soon as possible. We cannot however, take any responsibility for any dog escaping whether or not this is through a defect in the fence, and regardless of whether we have notified you in advance or not.


Any logs, tyres, jumps, tunnels, toys or other activities in the field are to be used at your own risk, we accept no responsibility to users or dogs for any accidents while using these items. Equipment is checked regularly to ensure its safety. Please ensure you and your dogs are using the field and its contents in a way that is consistent with fitness, age (young or old dogs) and physical capability to prevent any harm. If necessary please seek advice from professionals before using the activities to ensure it is suitable for your dog – the intention is for them to be enriching and to improve fitness and flexibility, spatial awareness and provide your dogs with an additional fun sensory experience. Please use any equipment you find respectfully and leave it as you found it. The equipment is for dogs, not humans!


Do not let your dogs dig holes in the field and please discourage them from making excessive noise that may disturb residents and livestock nearby. Anyone found to be misusing the field will be blocked from future bookings. You may not exercise your dog outside of the designated secure dog walking fields.

You must keep your dog on a lead whilst you enter/leave the field, and close the gate before letting your dog(s) off lead.
 

Dogs should be adequately vaccinated and wormed to use a public place. If your dog is showing any signs of illness do not use the field and be respectful of other pets and their owners.

​

Puppies are welcome to use the field from 2 weeks after their second vaccination (minimum 14 weeks). Should your dog be a rescue from abroad, please do not visit until 14 days has elapsed after entering the UK.

​

Please be aware that CCTV is in operation to protect our customers and our property.

​

  • XL BULLIES and other 'banned' breeds are welcome to use the fields with their owner present.
    A copy of their exemption certificate must be sent by email/ WhatsApp before making the booking. Failing this, please bring with you. There must be one capable adult per XL bull type dog.
